Coursepack Submission Process

You have some options…

If you would like to make use of an Existing Coursepack (one that has been used in the past) and have it sold to students via the Bookstore, send the Bookstore your textbook adoption form. They will contact the Copyright Services Office and we will retrieve the existing coursepack from Reprographics for screening and clearing. Once screened and cleared, the Copyright Services Office will notify the Bookstore and they will order the necessary number of copies from Reprographics.

If you would like to make use of a New Coursepack and have it sold to the students via the Bookstore, send the Bookstore your textbook adoption form and submit the new coursepack to the Copyright Management System for screening and clearing. Once screened and cleared, the Copyright Services Office will notify the Bookstore and they will order the necessary copies from Reprographics. If you would like to make use of a new or existing coursepack as a Digital Coursepack, you will not need to submit a textbook adoption form because the coursepack will be available to students via FOL not the Bookstore. Please contact the Copyright Services Office to make arrangements for a Digital Coursepack:
