Book a Space in Innovation Village / Creation Stations
Using the Creation Stations
Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Usage of these rooms must be booked through our online system.
- Please have all individuals that are using the room, sign the provided login sheet on arrival and departure.
- Please check the inventory list provided to ensure that all equipment is in the space and the room is in order when you begin your session.
- Report IMMEDIATELY if something is missing as you are responsible for the equipment in the room while you are using it.
- All equipment MUST remain in the rooms they are designated to.
- No food or drinks in the Creation Stations.
- Do not exceed max room capacity (4).
- Please leave the space and equipment in the same manner you found it.
- We have provided a door hang sign for you to use during sessions when you are recording or otherwise need to monitor entrance. Please remove from the door and return to the room at the end of your booking.
- You will need to supply your own storage media (miniSD or SD cards) as they are not supplied. Memory cards may be purchased from the Bookstore.

Note: This space does not have a Computer Workstation.
Flex (F1033)
Activities Supported by the Flex Creation Station:
- Photography
- Video production
- Post-production
Please note that the Flex Creation Station includes accessibility features, such as a powered door operator.
