Library Workshops
Library & Media Services offers Information Literacy and Research Skills Workshops:
- These workshops, led by faculty librarians, provide students with the opportunity to enhance their research skills and earn a co-curricular record credit.
- Each workshop runs for one hour and is delivered through a mixture of lecture, discussion and hands-on activities.
- Students must attend 10 unique workshops between May (summer term) and April (winter term) to quality for the co-curricular record credit. Nine different topics are routinely offered with the option to attend other workshops scheduled upon student request.
- Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are encouraged!
- Attend these workshops to learn more about library research or to refresh your research skills.
- Each workshop, led by faculty librarians, runs for an hour. Topics may vary.
